Emmanuel believes also one of the biggest mistakes leaders do makes is not to accept fault, learn from their counterpart and seek wise mentoring services. That's why Emmanuel has chosen to be an exceptional in this regard and it has pave way to his career advancement, personal growth and development. It has also enables him to effectively manage his weakness and developed his strength and keeps improving to cut off any anticipated challenge that could be detriment to his leadership growth and development as social change maker.

  Based on Emmanuel Philosophy there is always room for continue growth and improvement that has guided him in designed entrepreneurship program to rescue youth from idleness, and social devices. Emmanuel first launch one of the series of this entrepreneurship empowerments program in 2017 until now it’s still expanding providing youth and employability skills. Until now 4500 have been trained successfully, 300 are still under apprentices while 500 applicants have just been successfully enrolled for the coming years program. Now we are on air, live and online we no doubt in the coming years will begins to include international applicants in our entrepreneurs grooming program holistically.  Owing to the need for sustainable environmental practices especially addressing specific issues which include overcrowding, substandard housing, and inadequate municipal services that characterize life for many arrivals to urban centers, I have always admired opportunities like this. I ‘m of the view this program is structure out for young talented African potential environmentalist who are passionate in restoring the natural resources lost due to unhealthy environmental practices. I am excited to spot this call for further study on our natural resources especially now almost half of or species have gone to exit.  As a mentor here is the project overview In this project mentors will helm the 1-on-1 online mentoring track for our youth solutions, and they will provide continued advice and support to the young innovators aiming at refining and improving their investor deck. Coaches will be tied to a specific project under the IRP, and are expected to be able to commit their support to the role throughout the IRP’s 16-week timeframe. Allocation of Mentors to corresponding Innovators would be carried out by matching the Mentors’ areas of expertise with the specific SDGs targeted by the solutions included in the IRP. Through participation into our IRP, mentors again access to the Babele.co online platform, which provides access to real-time data about the status of the youth solutions they support and the work done by each team.  Nigeria by now should get its infrastructure fix to attrack investors who will contribute to boom the economy. Looking at their level of attention infrastructure receive over the year is not encouraging the leaders hub take to the streets of Jikwoyi Abuja Nigeria to acscertain the level. There need for the governments, cvic society groups to come to aid of the citizens and empower them to be economy stable and productive. The level of infrastructure in most developing nation is really low and disencouraging for foreign investment.

This is a platform design to solve needs beyond ordinary approach. Every problem need a solution and until this lab is activated the solution is mirage. So is application in leadership in all sphere of life. Its undeniable that leadership is the ability to hold the torch high enough to show directions.
